Altona Cricket Club

The Altona Cricket Club participates in the JG Craig Shield every year. This competition is run by the Victorian Sub District Cricket Association and is one of the pre-eminent competitions for Under 15 players. Players must be under 15 years of age as of September 1, and ineligible for selection in the Under 14 pathway teams (top age Under 15)

We encourage the best young junior talent from the Altona and surrounding suburbs to come along and try out for inclusion in the J.G Craig Shield Under 15 Competition squad. This is an opportunity for the best junior cricketers to play turf cricket against the very best juniors in the State.
